Day Five/Cinq/Cinco - Work UK Office

This morning it was off to work day for Robert. I tagged along like a little baby. Not really...Robert wanted to show me all the cool things Pytha UK was getting up to.

We left home at a lazy hour to stroll into work at 11am. We did this by changing at 'Moorgate' to get to 'London Bridge' tube stop. Robert is doing some work over here in the UK office, so for him it is a semi working holiday.

Whilst he was working hard on his techie junk, I was rocking out on the wireless doing research for tomorrows pending trip to Paris!!!!!!!!!!

We left for some lunch around 1ish and just headed down the street to have some typical British pub food at "The Woolpack" It was a bloody ol' bag of bricks, I tell you, Just like the rest of London.
Lunch was quite expensive, even if you take the Pound value to be $AUD (I can't get the pound symbol on this PC junk because I am writing this on Robert's computer)
Lunch consisted of steak and chips.....ohhh oh oh and yummy mushies and a grilled tomato with some sprigs of rocket on top! Delish!

We consumed this on the second level, we took the brass spiral staircase up to a room that was black and gold, black worn wooden floor boards, with black and gold wallpaper, fireplace, ridiculously ornate gold mirrors and oddly enough, purple chandeliers! It was quite quaint.

Knock off time was 5.30 and we headed home quickly, because tonight Krystle and Neil are taking us out for Pizza!!!

Here is a video. This part of our train trip home - From Hornsey to Alexandra Palace. Enjoy!

Robert thought I did some mad video editing when you can see the people, however we just went through a tunnel and the window turned reflective and it's just the other people in the train!

We went to La Porchetta in Muswell Hill. Krystle explained that this Area was always in the tabloids for celebrity spotting's! Unfortunately we weren't graced by any celebrities presence on this occasion.

It was quite difficult to order, even though we were still in an English speaking country! They had their super thick English accent then compounded with another strong Italian accent and mixed all together we had bloody no idea what the hell they were saying.... smile and nod..

The very large pizzas arrived shortly after and were not cut?? you cut them with your knife and fork and work from the centre out. They don't do the slice thing here.

It is a Wednesday night and the place was packed.. wonder what its like on a Saturday... lining up out the door and down the street and all the way down the M11?

Here are some pictures for you to wonder at London architecture.
Here is a building!

Here is a tunnel connected to that building!

and here is a spiral staircase on top of a building!!!

That was our day, not too exciting and not many pictures! However, we are at home and packing for Paris!!!!!!!
