Kissed and said goodbye to mum and boarded our plane heading for Singapore. We were served 2 meals on the flight which were satisfactory! (breakfast and lunch)
Arrived in Singapore Changi Airport at 2.30pm (local time) 4.30pm Syd time.
The airport was surprisingly very very nice, having been informed that it only opened January this year by a fellow passenger.
The airport had trees inside it, a koi pond with feeding displays nice shops, great carpet and the best trolleys ever.. now these deserve a mention!! they were fantastic, you can steer them with one finger exactly where you want it to go! very handy
Had a veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy long stop over in Singapore, nearly sent us crazy!!!! it was a grand total of 7 hours, we ran out of things to see and do and eat after just 2 hours!!! Although very nice Airport.. but shit! Thats a long time.
So, finally 11.30pm Singapore time we boarded the plane for London. It was now 1.30am syd time and I have been awake from 4.00am!!!
