Day Four/Quatre/Cuatro - Shopping

We rugged up in our finest to do some department shopping today! We headed for tube stop "Bond Street" This being the elite shopping district of London comprising of 3 prominent streets, Bond, Oxford and Regent. Again another depressing day in London, not as depressing as Harrods though.

The weather was good as far as London goes, not a drop of rain but I did carry my brolly around all day, because we forgot to pack it yesterday and there was a bit of a dribble! Oh and I must make this announcement. I have the best boyfriend ever! The sweet guy carried my hand bag around all day, and had no qualms about doing it either!

London has about 5 department stores as opposed to sydney which has 2!
Our favourite is Selfridges and Co. Its young and fresh, yes fresh!!
It has a 'Wonder Room'. This is my favourite place in the whole world.... actually its heaven!
It has Tiffany and Co, Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari and other bits and bob. By other bits and bobs I mean this £20,000 Swarovski encrusted MacBook Air....ahhhh Lush!

Out the front of Louis Vuitton I spyed with my little eye an opportunity to be a big dork!! Had to do it. The old red telephone box trick!!

For lunch we had to devour some KFC, it is Roberts fav of course and he just can't brush his tradition of eating it for lunch once a week. And did you know for a sides in a combo meal you can get the usual colelsaw or gravy...or...or BAKED BEANS?????? Yuck!

Also strolled down Regent Street to see the ever so awesome, innovative powerhouse know as APPLE!!! It just gleams with positive energy and made me feel at home and Robert in hell! I caught him smiling though! It is so obvious that he just loves it and can't wait to get his hands on one. His hate for it is like adolescent school yard love, You know when you tease the girl and say bad things about her but you secretly looooooooooooooooooove her!!! Thats Robert's relationship with Mac!

Then for afternoon tea we just couldn't go past the crunchie deluxe McFlurry maccas had on offer for a sweet 99p! Bargain

So after walking through many levels of many stores, we left empty handed and feeling a bit... well crap and pulled our sore legs home. Well not completely empty handed I did get 2 pashmina's for £5.00 (I am wearing the red one in the pic above)

Yeh I love the hand bags, bloody women!

No football gear yet, I have booked a tour of the Arsenal Emirates stadium when we come back from Paris/Bara so I will get the jerseys then.
